Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Job Type: Long-term Assignment (No end date / Not seasonal)
Training: 2–6 weeks of comprehensive paid training provided Job Summary Kelly is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our team in South Windsor, CT. You will work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse environment processing high volumes of financial documents for Fortune 500 companies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term career path with a global leader in workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Operation: Set up, load, and operate high-speed, automated, computer-controlled machinery.
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to maintain production flow.
  • Maintenance: Perform basic preventative maintenance and authorized repairs on equipment.
  • Product Assembly: Assemble printed materials into final products and ensure they are distributed to the correct end destination.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all financial documents are processed accurately and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Technical Aptitude: Must be comfortable working with machines and eager to learn new technical skills.
  • Detail Oriented: Strong ability to read, follow complex instructions, and maintain high accuracy.
  • Experience: Previous experience with Pitney Bowes inserter machines is helpful but not required (we provide full training).
  • Reliability: Ability to work night shifts and commit to a long-term, non-seasonal schedule.
