Job Description

We are seeking dependable Machine Operator (Presorter) candidates for our Pine Brook, NJ location. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing metered mail, ensuring proper date, postage, and high-quality barcodes before mail enters production. You will identify and communicate any errors and poor-quality barcodes, troubleshoot and clear mail jams from machines, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare outgoing metered mail by verifying date, postage, and barcode quality.
• Communicate and recognize errors or bad barcodes found in mail.
• Troubleshoot and remove mail jams from presort machines.
• Perform all additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and follow safety and operational directions in English.
• Willingness and flexibility to work overtime—including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with little or no advance notice.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend up to 80% of the time (with or without accommodations).
