Machine Technician/Machine Operator - Temporary to Hire role
$28.00/hr.  | 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available | Alpharetta, GA


If you're looking for a Machine Technician/Machine Operator position, look no further! Kelly, in partnership with a large client in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Machine Technician/Machine Operator.  This is a temporary to hire opportunity.

Details:
• Two shift options available:
    - 1st shift hours: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2:30pm
    - 2nd shift hours: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:30am
• $28.00/hr.
• Alpharetta, GA


Position Information:
• Set-up, operate, and adjust plastic injection molding equipment and related machines/equipment
• Assembly and disassembly of equipment, collaboration with maintenance on large issues 
• Accurate process documentation
• Submits samples for testing
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment based on standard operating procedures
• Willingness to assist with other work tasks and cross-train in other departments as needed

Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, Technical school/certificate in related field preferred
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience required
• Past operation & maintenance of plastic injection molding or extrusion equipment a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work with computers, knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Forklift operation

Physical Requirements:
• Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 55lbs.
• Must be able to wear a respirator (as needed)
