Position: Ecommerce Manager (Magento)
Location: South Windsor, Connecticut
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 DOE + Full Benefits
Onsite: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with OT
Since 1979, we've grown from a two-person startup to a national powerhouse in fabric structures and greenhouses, with over 30,000 products sold through three ecommerce stores, two lead-gen websites, and direct marketing. Now we're looking for a sales-driven Ecommerce Manager with strong Magento expertise to help lead our next wave of digital growth.
About the Role
This is your chance to take the reins of our multi-million dollar ecommerce ecosystem. As Ecommerce Manager, you'll be the strategic and technical lead for our Magento-based websites, working cross-functionally to drive traffic, optimize conversions, and grow online revenue year-over-year.
What You'll Do
- Own the health and performance of our ecommerce sites.
- Lead Magento development: customize themes, optimize performance, and manage product strategy.
- Drive organic traffic growth via SEO, Google Search Console, structured data, and crawl optimization.
- Boost UX and conversion rates through strategic user flow and page speed enhancements.
- Collaborate on Paid Search, Google Shopping, and email marketing to maximize ROI.
- Use GA4 and analytics tools to report performance, optimize campaigns, and guide data-driven decisions.
- Support email strategy and help grow our internal mailing lists.
- Manage specials, promotions, closeouts, and product merchandising using Magento.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience on large-scale websites.
- Strong Magento skills – development, management, and customization.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Bonus: Experience with Epicor or Amazon selling platforms.
- Highly organized, analytical, and a strong multitasker.
