Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
A well-established HOA management company in Beaumont is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support the upkeep and efficiency of multiple residential communities. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with administrative experience and a basic understanding of residential maintenance.
What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with general property management, ensuring smooth daily operations within the HOA.

Address maintenance issues, particularly those involving plumbing and sewer systems.

Process and track work orders using the HOA's maintenance system.

Coordinate with the Community Coordinator to ensure maintenance stays within budget.

Communicate with homeowners to troubleshoot maintenance concerns and determine responsibility.

Coordinate with approved contractors for estimates, approvals, and scheduling.

Use Appfolio software to manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
