SUMMARY
Kelly Engineering is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians with a background in semiconductor environments for a rewarding position located in San Jose, CA. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of various manufacturing equipment, working independently with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
  • Tackle unfamiliar machinery and new technologies swiftly, aiming to reduce downtime and sustain high productivity levels
  • Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance to promote consistent equipment performance and reliable operations
  • Work closely with production and engineering staff to optimize equipment functionality and address technical issues
  • Maintain thorough and timely records of maintenance, activity reports, troubleshooting steps, and solutions implemented
  • Propose and support initiatives targeting process enhancements, as well as equipment improvement and efficiency upgrades
  • Consistently follow established safety procedures and quality requirements throughout all tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hands-on maintenance background in industrial or manufacturing settings; experience in semiconductor facilities is advantageous
  • Comprehensive troubleshooting capabilities with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Proven ability to independently address unfamiliar technologies, tools, and equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Rapid learner, adaptable to evolving technologies and operational changes
  • Effective communicator with solid documentation abilities
  • Relevant technical education, certifications, or specialized training preferred
