Maintenance Mechanic 
Location: Hatfield, PA
2nd shift hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd shift hours: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
**MUST be able to TRAIN ON 1st shift 7am -3:30pm**

Kelly has partnered with a premiere customer in Hatfield, PA looking for skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanics to join their team! 

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background who are ready to take on challenging and rewarding work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. If you have experience with industrial equipment, maintenance, and machinery repair, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Installing equipment, physical structures, and piping/electrical systems in a manufacturing plant

  • Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery

  • Handling general facility maintenance, including forklift repair

  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, including:

  • Variable speed drives

  • AC/DC motors (single & 3-phase)

  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and plumbing

  • Assisting with welding and fabrication as needed

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics

  • Performing other duties as assigned

    Qualifications: 
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience

  • Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge

  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic control systems

  • Understanding of AC/DC voltages (24–600V)

  • Basic welding and fabrication skills (preferred)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to safety and ability to work independently
