Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30 per hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weekends based on volume and as needed.

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance through regular inspections and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and building systems to ensure efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Accurately documenting all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and property maintenance teams to address and coordinate maintenance needs across the facility.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in maintenance or related fields is preferred.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
- Possess technical knowledge and proficiency in performing basic lab equipment maintenance, such as oiling pumps and defrosting cold storage units.
- Have previous experience working in a clean room and under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable, with familiarity with HVAC systems being advantageous.
