• Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

• Location: Filer, ID 

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Employment Type: 1 year contract

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You will:

• Perform general facility maintenance and equipment repairs

• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks on building systems

• Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and weed control

• Troubleshoot minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues

• Load/unload shipments and complete supply runs

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and occasionally a forklift

• Maintain company vehicles and ensure cleanliness and service readiness

• Document work orders and follow Bayer's safety procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• 1–3 years of facility or equipment maintenance experience

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• A high school diploma or GED

• A valid driver's license and forklift experience (or certification)

• The ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly and work independently

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and work order systems

• Strong safety awareness and a can-do attitude
