Pay Rate: $30-35/hr, bonus incentive eligible
Schedule: 5:45pm-6:00am (2-2-3 Schedule)
What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
• Performing mechanical maintenance activities and minor electrical repairs on all manufacturing process equipment, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
• Troubleshooting production equipment throughout the plant and communicating with production personnel regarding the status of the lines.
• Monitoring production lines to address any abnormal conditions of the machines and assisting line operators to improve quality and efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma (preferred) and knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including pumps, motors, and conveyors.
• Possess mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, along with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Are able to remain standing 100% of the shift and can pass a functional capacity test prior to employment.
