We're seeking a Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing (3 positions) to work with one of our top pharmaceutical industry clients at Gurabo, PR.
Salary: 1st shift $19.00 hr, 2nd shift 19.30 hr, 3rd shift 19.50 hr
Requirements:
- Technical, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, Refrigeration Electronic, Instrumentation or other related.
- At least 3 years of technical experience in Pharmaceutical Operations Manufacturing Plants, Sterile, Aseptic Complexes and/or Isolator Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of machines and/or equipment in their functional area, including aseptic process and utilities
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and Basic knowledge of PLC
- Skills in the use of computerized systems: SAP, ePES, electronic document management, "Learning Management System", etc.
- Read and interpret literature and documents written in Spanish and English.
- License in Electricity, Refrigeration or Electronics, preferable but not required
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible to provide technical assistance and perform maintenance functions (preventive, corrective, predictive, and/or calibrations), repair and troubleshooting of all manufacturing equipment, utilities and/or facilities to ensure the efficient operation of said equipment. Executes preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance activities, and/or calibrations according to the established plan, ensuring compliance with the execution of said maintenance in the indicated time to the manufacturing equipment, utilities and/or facilities. Document, reconcile, and/or review the technical documentation that supports the maintenance tasks performed and that must be documented in the "Computerized Maintenance Management System" (CMMS) according to the established standard procedures.
