Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance worker for a busy property management company located in Orlando, FL 32809. 

Pay $20/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-4pm

Key responsibilities

• Routine and preventive maintenance: Perform scheduled upkeep on buildings and grounds, including cleaning, painting, and landscaping.
• Repairs: Fix issues with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC systems.
• Emergency response: Be available to handle urgent repair requests, even outside of normal business hours.
• Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Tenant communication: Respond to and document tenant maintenance requests.
• Logistics and documentation: Keep a maintenance log, report issues to management, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Vendor coordination: Assist in locating and coordinating with external contractors for major projects, such as large-scale electrical or plumbing work. 

Skills and qualifications

• Technical skills: Experience with a variety of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
• Organization: Skill in managing multiple tasks, maintaining logs, and prioritizing work.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with tenants, management, and vendors.
• Safety awareness: Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
