Manufacturing Associate – Schedule B (Day Shift)

$21.00 per hour
Full-time | 3-2-2-3 Schedule | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

Shift
• Day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Schedule B: 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule
What You'll Do
• Record and review production data in Batch Production Records (BPRs)
• Operate and inspect manufacturing equipment
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures
• Support production operations as needed
Top Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred
• Ability to follow SOPs and production documentation
• Basic computer skills preferred
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift/move up to 33 lbs
• Stand/walk for 12-hour shifts
• Use hands for equipment operation, pallet strapping, and inspections
• Occasional ladder climbing and work at elevated heights
• Ability to work around odors, loud environments, or hazardous materials (PPE provided)
• May require color vision, corrected vision, latex gloves, or cold-environment work
