Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Starts at $20.35 per hour
Shift available: 3rd shift
Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:
- Assisting in the Manufacturing and Operational processes while ensuring adherence to Quality Systems.
- Managing material flow on the equipment, monitoring operations, and making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
- Responsible for area housekeeping and following proper safety procedures, while also recommending changes to enhance equipment performance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to read, count, and write effectively, with prompt and reliable attendance.
- Can distinguish colors, evidenced by a maximum score of 80 on the Farnsworth-Munsell Color Test.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills and are able to collaborate with team members to address issues.
