Now Hiring: Manufacturing Operator II – Mixing & Production
Location: Bessemer City, NC
Pay: $17.00/hour | Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

We're looking for reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Operators to join our growing production team. In this role, you'll operate large-scale Mixaco blending equipment, handle raw materials, and help create high-quality products in a clean, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:

Read work orders and measure materials accurately

Pull, verify, and track materials (lot numbers, inventory, etc.)

Operate 100L, 450L, and 1000L Mixaco mixers

Use forklifts to transport raw and finished materials
-
Perform visual inspections and report quality issues

Follow safety standards and PPE requirements

Keep up with production goals and cleanliness standards
What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred

Forklift experience required (certified is a big plus)

Familiar with mixing/blending processes

Able to lift, move, and stand for long periods
-
Detail-oriented and safety-driven
