Now Hiring: Manufacturing Operator II – Mixing & Production
Location: Bessemer City, NC
Pay: $17.00/hour | Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Are you ready to mix it up in a career that values precision, safety, and teamwork?

We're looking for reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Operators to join our growing production team. In this role, you'll operate large-scale Mixaco blending equipment, handle raw materials, and help create high-quality products in a clean, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Read work orders and measure materials accurately

  • Pull, verify, and track materials (lot numbers, inventory, etc.)

  • Operate 100L, 450L, and 1000L Mixaco mixers

  • Use forklifts to transport raw and finished materials

  • Perform visual inspections and report quality issues

  • Follow safety standards and PPE requirements

  • Keep up with production goals and cleanliness standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • Forklift experience required (certified is a big plus)

  • Familiar with mixing/blending processes

  • Able to lift, move, and stand for long periods

  • Detail-oriented and safety-driven
