Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Manufacturing Operator – $17.75/hr | Wyoming, NY
Great opportunity for recent grads or entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing!

Shift: Overnight (3rd Shift Only)
Pay: $17.75/hour to start + pay increase & benefits upon permanent hire

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're hiring reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join a local production team on the overnight shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who's eager to grow in a machine operation role or recent grad ready to gain manufacturing experience!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various production presses to meet daily output goals
  • Accurately complete production reports and routing documentation
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and consistency
  • Follow all safety protocols and machine operation procedures
  • Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and production management
  • Maintain production standards and minimize downtime

Qualifications:
  • Experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused throughout the shift
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Team-oriented mindset and dependable attendance
