We're seeking Manufacturing Process Specialist /Batch Record to work with one of out top pharmaceutical industry clients at Gurabo, PR. 
Salary: 1st Shit:  $19.50 hr 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science (natural science), Pharmacy or  Engineering is required
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience within related field in Pharmaceuticals environment or related industry experience
• performing scientific, manufacturing activities, and/or Project Management.
• Knowledge of Lean Methodology and other Process Excellence tools. Good analytical and diagnostic skills. Project Management, Statistical Analysis, and/or Process Excellence certifications
  desirable.
• Knowledge of Current GMP's, Regulatory Compliance, Aseptic Techniques and Safety and Environmental requirements. 
• Fluent in Spanish & English and excellent ability to write (technical writing) in English and Spanish. 
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project).
• Available for at least 2 years contract.

The Manufacturing Process Specialist /Batch Record will be responsible for improve Operations using best practices, Process Excellence tools, and Key Performance Indicators. Responsibilities include: Leading, planning, and executing projects;  Coaching projects & Creating a continuous improvement and lean culture. Will work with support groups to reduce costs, inventory, and align flow with customer demand. Develop and maintain Value Stream Maps (VSM), prioritize and track projects, provide training on methodologies, support certification, conduct statistical analysis, and enhance people engagement. Act as a change management agent for new initiatives using best practices and tools like dashboards, scorecards, and visual factory.
