Hourly Pay Rate: $24.00/hour (OT after 40 hours)
Duration: 12 Months
Position Summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join our production and industrial team in Tewksbury, MA. This is an entry-level contingent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to daily and weekly production schedules
• Assemble entry-level sub-components and integrate them into top-level instrument assemblies
• Apply accurate wiring techniques, including harnessing, terminations, and connectors
• Follow established processes, procedures, standards, and methods
• Use a variety of fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair products
• Perform manufacturing tests and complete written documentation as needed
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean through daily housekeeping
• Assist with other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
• Comfortable working with basic hand tools and assembly equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document processes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 12-month contract
• Full-time availability; flexibility within morning shift times (Monday–Friday)
• No specific background checks or prior experience required; training provided
