*Position will be fully onsite in South Jordan, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Kelly is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to work for our client, a consulting company that specializes in R&D tax credits, on a direct hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to draw on skills in digital marketing, content creation, and outbound business development to strengthen the presence of a growing organization!

The Marketing & Business Development Specialist will help expand the reach among key partners, including but not limited to, CPA firms, surgeons, specialized doctors, dentists, and other niche clientele who frequently benefit from R&D tax credits.

Specifically, this role will:

  • Develop and maintain the company website (messaging, SEO, case studies)
  • Create branded content tailored to clientele
  • Build a monthly content calendar for education and outreach
  • Produce polished marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, graphics)
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports
  • Maintain an educational Knowledge Center or blog
  • Identify and research CPA firms and tax professionals
  • Build and manage a structured contact database
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Coordinate meetings, lunch-and-learns, and presentations
  • Represent the organization at networking events
  • Track partnership performance and referral outcomes
  • Identify medical/dental practices performing R&D activities
  • Build targeted outreach lists
  • Research conferences and events for networking
  • Coordinate introductions with leadership
  • Create industry-specific marketing materials
  • Maintain outreach pipeline reporting
  • Conduct research to identify eligible businesses
  • Maintain prioritized lead lists
  • Develop outreach scripts, templates, and presentations
  • Coordinate internal and external events
  • Provide monthly pipeline and strategy reports
  • Work with Discovery to gather client insights
  • Partner with Quantitative for case study accuracy
  • Support Sales with materials and research
  • Collaborate with Leadership on brand and growth strategies
Qualifications:
  • Website-building experience
  • Experience working with medical or dental professionals and/or CPAs preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to create branded content tailored to clientele
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Professional and confident communication style
  • Strong organization and time-management
