Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Marketing Development Specialist to work at a premier life sciences organization in Carlsbad, CA.
Hourly Pay Rate: $50.00 - $70.00
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as Marketing Development Specialist? You'll be:
• Driving the production of marketing campaigns and tactics by engaging with internal and external partners to bring projects to completion
• Collaborating with Brand and Legal teams to ensure all marketing materials meet compliance guidelines
• Managing the posting and tagging of marketing assets in Seismic for optimal organization and tracking
• Drafting and deploying internal communications, newsletters, and promotional email campaigns
• Maintaining deadlines, organizing projects efficiently, and optimizing performance across multiple channels
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree and have 2-4 years of experience in Market Development, Marketing Communications, or Marketing Operations
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong project management, prioritization, creative, and decision-making abilities
• Are confident in executing marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, sales enablement, and events
• Show flexibility, good judgment, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Are a self-motivated, collaborative team player ready to go the extra mile to accomplish business objectives
• Have expertise in Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel); Seismic experience and B2B/life science/biopharma experience are a plus
