Contract Type: 1-year contract-to-hire

What's a typical day as a Marketing Project Manager? You will:
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing tactics, product launches, trade shows, and digital initiatives tailored to the agriculture sector.
• Collaborate with brand managers, product managers, agronomists, sales teams, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Develop project timelines, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, digital content, and event logistics, ensuring consistency with brand and messaging.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project delivery across the marketing function.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the agriculture or ag-tech industry.
• Strong understanding of agricultural markets, customer segments (e.g., growers, dealers, agronomists), and seasonal marketing cycles (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with design platforms and experience coordinating with field teams.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and event planning in an agricultural context.
