Job Specifications:

- Shift: 1st Shift, M-F, 7AM-4PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, receive, and ship inventory while adhering to warehouse management system (WMS) processes.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving inventory around the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, following safety procedures and conducting daily inspections.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, noting discrepancies and preparing products for storage.
- Conduct cycle counts and verify bin locations, addressing stock discrepancies as needed.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers, using manual and mechanical equipment.
- Prepare bills of lading for shipments and manage web fulfillment orders.
- Report out-of-stock items to the appropriate supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
- Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions.
- Adaptability to seasonal changes in a warehouse environment.
