• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

• Location: Rockford, IL 61103

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 6-month contract

What's a typical day as a Material Handler II? You will:

• Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies

• Move, gather, and distribute materials per production and shipping schedules

• Operate material handling equipment to transport, load, and unload items

• Store materials in designated areas, keeping inventory organized and labeled

• Record and track inventory using warehouse software

• Assist in filling orders, palletizing shipments, and preparing items for distribution

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

• Proficiency with computers and warehouse software

• Comfort working in varied temperatures (0–120°F) and environments (indoor/outdoor, dusty, noisy)

• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset
