We're seeking a Material Handler to join Kelly Services at their Erlanger, KY facility. This is a 4-month contract role with 1st and 2nd shift options and some weekend availability required.

What's a typical day as a 9CA Material Handler? You'll be:
  • Reading and following pick sheets and work reports accurately.

  • Checking and adding all materials listed on pick sheets.

  • Weighing materials from production for restocking into inventory.

  • Executing system transactions using terminal software and handheld scanners.

  • Pulling and returning materials to approved warehouse locations.

  • Maintaining 95%+ inventory record accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

  • Adhering to ISO9001, GMP, and HACCP regulations to ensure product safety.

  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

  • 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.

  • Experience using barcode and RF scanner systems.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in manufacturing or food production environments.

  • Knowledge of ISO9001, GMP, or HACCP compliance standards.

  • A self-motivated attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
