Kelly Services is hiring an Assembly Technician – Material Handling Support in Farmington!
If you enjoy hands-on work and helping keep production moving smoothly, this role combines light assembly with material handling responsibilities. You'll build and maintain Creform carts, move materials safely, and support daily production flow in a clean, organized facility.
What You'll Do
- Assemble, maintain, and repair Creform carts used throughout production
- Pack, stage, and prepare materials for production workflows
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and equipment
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure safety and readiness
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment safely
- Track inventory and communicate needs with supervisors
- Work independently while staying productive and reliable
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace with proper organization
What You'll Bring
- Experience in assembly, material handling, or logistics preferred
- Forklift experience required; crane operation a plus
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
- $18.00–$19.00/hr | Weekly Pay
- Long-Term Temp with opportunity to convert based on performance
