MATERIAL HANDLER II

Kelly Services is looking for a highly skilled and certified Materials Handler, well-versed in AS9100, the quality management system standard. In this critical role, you will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate documentation, and compliance with AS9100 requirements.
Job Title: Material Handler
Pay Rate: $17.23
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am until finish (must be flexible)
Location: Gulf Breeze, FL
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Materials Management: Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy. Properly label and store materials, conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records, create and update material handling documents in Oracle WMS, and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
- AS9100 Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to AS9100 requirements, participate in related audits and inspections, and collaborate with departments to handle non-conformances.
- Team Collaboration: Work with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely material availability and assist other departments with material flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education preferred.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in AS9100 standards and Oracle WMS
