Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler – 2nd Shift

Location: Windsor, CT
Pay Rate: $21.40/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Raise after 90 days

Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Assembler, your daily tasks will include:

  • Assembling preformed sheet metal components using various hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, high-pressure carts, etc.)

  • Pressure testing valves and related components

  • Reading and interpreting assembly and sub-assembly drawings and work instructions

  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

  • Logging completed tasks and tracking work on production documentation

  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

This role could be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of mechanical assembly or related experience (preferred)

  • Are comfortable using tools and interpreting technical documents

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

  • Are able to kneel, bend, stand for long periods, and climb ladders as needed

  • Can work in confined or uneven areas safely

  • Work well independently and in team settings

  • Are familiar with using tablets or computers on the job

  • Are available to work 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM)
