Location: Windsor, CT
Pay: $20-$21.40/hr (depending on shift)
We're currently seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join a leading manufacturer in Windsor, CT. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and work with a respected client in the industry.
Job Details:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM – $20.00/hr
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM – $21.40/hr
Pay raise after 90 days

- Assemble preformed sheet metal parts using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, and other tools
- Pressure-test valves and related components
- Read and interpret assembly and sub-assembly drawings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Accurately log work on manufacturing documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience with mechanical assembly preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces
- Ability to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read measuring scales
- Capable of working independently or on a team
- Familiar with using tablets and computers
