Description

We are looking for an experienced Members Service Representative to join a growing Credit Union. It's a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.   •  M-F 8am – 4:30pm
  • Salary: $19/hr.
Job Summary
• Teller
• Post mail
• Remote deposit check review
• Address changes
• Answer the phone, check messages and return calls as needed.
• Direct calls to the correct department. Screen calls for CEO.
• Follow all compliance regulations
• Member accounts
a. Ability to open and close members' accounts.
b. Maintain existing accounts for address changes and phone numbers. Pass on the address change to IRA/HSA and Visa personnel. Call the member to verify the address change when we receive an address change generated by the post office. At that time, also verify email addresses and home and work phone numbers.
c. Open share draft accounts, help the member order checks, and give or mail the proper TIS disclosure.
d. Prepare share and share draft kits to mail to potential members.
e. Open other savings accounts, money markets, share certificates, vacation, and holiday accounts.
• Know the proper forms that need to be completed for IRA and H.S.A. transactions
• ATM and Debit Card
• Process return items as needed
• Process Share Draft/ACH returns daily
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Fill out CTR forms
• Ability to FAX, copy, and print.
• Check for online check requests
• Take mail out to the mailbox each night.
