Kelly Services is hiring a Material Handler in Farmington, CT!

If you enjoy hands-on work and keeping materials moving efficiently, this role puts you at the center of daily manufacturing operations. You'll support receiving, inventory accuracy, and material flow between buildings and production areas in a fast-paced, structured environment.

What You'll Do

  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
  • Pull, issue, and deliver materials to production and assembly areas
  • Process goods receipts and stock transactions in SAP using PC or barcode scanners
  • Unpack, label, and stock incoming materials accurately
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation of material movement
  • Support 5S standards to keep work areas organized and compliant
  • Identify and help resolve material flow or scheduling issues
  • Follow all safety procedures and delivery timelines

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in material handling, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
  • SAP or ERP system experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a production-driven environment

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
  • $18.00–$19.00/hr | Weekly Pay
  • Long-Term Temp with opportunity for permanent hire
