Description

Position: Welder – Fabrication
Location: Cleburne, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $20 – $22/hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

A well-established manufacturing operation in Cleburne, TX is seeking a skilled Welder with fabrication experience to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for individuals with strong MIG and TIG welding skills and the ability to work from blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on structural components and systems

  • Assist in TIG welding operations – TIG training will be provided during the first week

  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts based on blueprints and layout specifications

  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in all welding work

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of fabrication welding experience (shop-based preferred)

  • Proficient in MIG welding

  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Skilled in metal fitting and fabrication techniques

  • Must pass a MIG weld test during the interview process

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Must be available to work up to 12-hour shifts and occasional half-days on Saturdays

Preferred Background:
  • Candidates with shop fabrication experience are strongly preferred

  • This is not a pipe-fitting or oilfield welding position – candidates with only that background are unlikely to be a fit
