What's a typical day as MOCI Process Specialist? You'll be:
- Collaborating with UX, Product Owners, internal customers, and development teams to manage implementations and lead cross-product User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participating in project planning processes to ensure projects gain necessary management approvals and meet realistic outcomes.
- Monitoring ongoing project/program status while maintaining communication with business unit leadership and stakeholders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 2 or more years of experience working with a broad cross-section of users.
- Possess 1 or more years of experience writing queries and using data gathering/retrieval tools such as SQL, Python, DataBricks, Tableau, etc.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, and are fluent in English.
