 Customer Service Representative

Location: Geismar, LA 70734
Salary: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Dress Code: Business Casual

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Provide information about services, products, and facilities.
• Assist clients with check-in/check-out processes and reservations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collect and report feedback to improve customer service processes.
• Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., MS Office, booking systems).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
