Pay: $16.50/hr
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
This position is ONSITE in Troy, OH, must be able to commute to Troy, OH

What will you be doing as an Office Administrator?
Daily support for the department specialists to meet department goals and objectives:
- Analysis and creation of departmental reports
- Departmental database and maintenance
- Tracking of reports/systems and updating as needed
- Tracking, contacting and follow up with suppliers
- Provide departmental support for ad-hoc projects and requests involving system related functions
- Project support as needed within both the office and warehouse environments
- In addition to general administrative and reporting duties, this position plays a vital role in supporting the department team with various projects and supporting the department with annual planning activities as needed.
- Data Entry, data mining & analysis and report creation
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly departmental reports as assigned
- Departmental database and maintenance
- Tracking and completion of system updates
- Daily support of department specialists and complete research requests as needed
- Support, contact and follow up with suppliers as requested
- Provide departmental support for ad-hoc projects and requests involving system related functions
- Project support as needed within both the office and warehouse environments
- Excellent in multi-tasking, communication, and strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to track and meet targets/deadlines for assignments/requests
- Strong skills and operating knowledge of MS programs including Excel, Word, Power Point
- Experience with MS Access Proficient in Outlook / Lotus Notes
- Create/modify MS Excel strong formula knowledge /Word/Outlook data, create reports
- Strong Microsoft Access skills, data mining and data interpretation
- Proficiency in MS Access Ability to work in team setting
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Process Improvement mindset
