Office Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, NC – Onsite
Pay Rate: $24-27/hour
Contract: Temporary

Kelly Services has partnered with a leading logistics company seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. Our client has been in business for 20 years and is rapidly growing. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential office support and coordination. Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, provide assistance, and maintain a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Direct visitors using employee and department directories.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
  • Ensure a safe and clean reception area.
  • Operate office equipment (e.g., copier) for scanning, faxing, and copying.
  • Manage the multiline phone system professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to email inquiries promptly during business days.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas, including cleaning breakroom and refrigerator.
  • Assist guests with local recommendations and make reservations as needed.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing new systems.
  • Manage key fob activation/deactivation and reports.
  • Complete and follow up on Property Work Orders.
  • Maintain conference room calendars and bookings.
  • Correspond with cleaning staff.
  • Place orders for office supplies and seek approval for large orders.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, ensuring updates and service requirements.
  • Organize office filing system and secure confidential information.
  • Stay current with office/computer technologies through classes and workshops.
  • Promote a safe work environment.
  • Safely operate a vehicle when necessary.
  • Collect mail and coordinate with executives as needed.

Key Qualifications:
  • High School or equivalent work experience
  • Independent self-starter
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
