Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Appleton, Wi
- Pay Rate: $60,000/Year
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training staff on office procedures.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Support management with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
