Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$24/hr
Work Hours: 8:30a-5p, M-F

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee office operations and support a team with payroll processing, I-9 documentation, invoicing, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and have excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Ensure proper completion and storage of I-9 forms for all new hires in compliance with federal regulations
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring all billing information is accurate
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and administrative support for staff
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role (2+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, I-9 compliance, and invoicing procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
