Position: Onboarding Assistant
Location: Livermore, CA
Schedule: Part Time | 3 days per week
Hours: 4 hrs. / day - Flexible schedule

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/HR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Part-Time Onboarding Assistant to assist with various tasks related to employee onboarding and equipment management. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for flexible and part-time work. The ideal candidate will be dependable, quick to learn, and self-sufficient once trained.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in programming and preparing devices for new hires - this includes setting up or resetting iPads, iPhones, and other devices.
• Help prep vehicles so they can be ready for new hires or vehicle swaps
• Help create and organize new hire packets and kits.
• Assist in creating shipping labels, prepping shipments, and ensuring all equipment is sent to new hires.
• Utilize a checklist to ensure all necessary items are included in each shipment.
• Assist in taking inventory of equipment and ensuring accurate records.
• Assist with other onboarding tasks and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Technologically savvy, with a quick ability to learn new software and systems.
• Able to work independently after initial training.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ideal for a college student seeking part-time, flexible work.
