Compensation: $40/hr
Schedule: 8am-5pm MON-FRI - Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

What's a typical day as an Oncology Coordinator? You'll be:
  • Creating and submitting eMP system and purchase requests, while tracking their progress to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to manage sponsorship agreements and secure Health Care Compliance approvals.
  • Working closely with external partners to deliver program requirements for various event formats.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for program managers and symposium attendees, ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoice reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with mismatch management.
Training and Team Dynamics:
  • Participate in a 6-week training phase, including virtual training and a mentor program.
  • Work within a small team that relies on outstanding communication and exceptional teamwork.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with some experience in Marketing or Biology, or an Associate's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Have prior experience in the pharmaceutical environment, essential for integrating industry-specific terminology.
  • Are adept at quickly adapting to new and changing software, accepting improvements and changes fluidly.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills for proactive issue resolution.
  • Have experience working with external vendors, ordering services, and utilizing web-based procurement systems like Ariba or SAP.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with skills in pivot tables, V-lookups, and macros.
  • Are technically savvy and eager to learn web-based technology systems used in procurement.
