Description

This position plays a key role in supporting Utilization Management (UM) by handling administrative tasks, accurate data entry, system updates, and outbound notification calls to providers and members. If you have solid data entry experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and enjoy detailed, process-driven work, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a fast-moving and highly organized environment.

UM Support Analyst/Admin

Location: Mason, OH 45040
Schedule: 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $22.09/hr

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform administrative and data entry tasks supporting UM (Utilization Management) prior authorization requests.

  • Enter, review, and manage information in systems such as Facets, Filebound, and Jira.

  • Make outbound notification calls to providers and members.

  • Track, update, and maintain documentation and electronic records.

  • Support compliance, workflow accuracy, and timely processing of UM requests.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Strong data entry experience with high accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Critical thinking and comfort working in a structured administrative environment.

  • Ability to work fully onsite in Mason, OH.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with prior authorization, HealthFirst, or Anthem processes.

  • Previous UM, claims, or healthcare administrative background.
