ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
In this role, you will support our client's commercial teams in achieving their business targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through consistent quality service. Additionally, you'll contribute to maintaining financial health through analysis, reporting, and cost optimization strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Bid Support
- Develop standard support solutions (support model, SLA, etc.) for our client to ensure service consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with clients for non-standard operational needs to understand requirements and provide custom proposals in collaboration with Service Support Architects.
- Accurately identify and document risks and assumptions related to the support solution provided.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate precise cost estimates and define contract schedules, including SLAs and support models. Back the negotiation of contractual terms with customers.
- Aid in the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Monitor and analyze bid performance, conduct post-bid evaluations, and update the bid support knowledge management database for continuous enhancement.
Financial Management
- Evaluate financial data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, offering insightful recommendations.
- Compile financial reports and collaborate with stakeholders to align on risks, mitigation strategies, and business goals.
Data Steward
- Ensure ongoing oversight of data quality, consistency, and compliance for our client's operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data within the client context, providing guidance and addressing inquiries.
Team Leader (supervision of activities)
- Foster a collaborative and productive team atmosphere for client projects.
- Align objectives and resources in cooperation with the client's management.
- Allocate tasks based on strengths and workloads of team members working for the client.
- Mentor team members involved in client projects.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success or technical support roles, preferably in SaaS, IT, or service-based industries.
- 5-6+ years in proposal or bid management, particularly in complex or custom support solutions.
- Proven experience in crafting client proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating across teams to formulate support solutions.
- 3-5 years in financial analysis, forecasting, or strategic planning.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze trends, and deliver actionable financial insights.
- 3-5 years in leadership or supervisory roles, focusing on team development and resource allocation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Equivalent work experience may substitute formal education depending on industry specifics.
Certifications (Optional/Preferred):
- Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA).
- ITIL certification at Minimum Foundation level.
