Shift: 1st shift 8am-4.30pm* MON-FRI
(additional work hours may be required, anticipated 40-50hrs/week total)
Salary: 52-58k/year (weekly pay)

- Driving process improvement and operational efficiency within the plant and distribution environment
- Supporting Lean initiatives by developing standard operating procedures and analyzing performance data
- Partnering with management and floor staff to optimize operations
- Supervising cycle counting, maintenance personnel, and EHS support staff
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED (we verify); College degree preferred
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Have experience in Lean practices including 5S and Six Sigma methodology in warehouse operations
- Preferably possess supervisory experience in Cycle Count, maintenance or EHS
- Are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
