What You'll Be Doing:
As an Operations Excellence Specialist, you'll:
• Drive Excellence: Provide expert support across multiple sites, guiding teams to implement operational best practices.
• Innovate: Use continuous improvement tools to develop manufacturing standards and refine work methods.
• Collaborate and Coach: Partner with business leaders to identify and implement initiatives that take operations to the next level.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
• A college degree or equivalent practical experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience ranging from entry-level to intermediate in manufacturing environments.
• A passion for problem-solving and commitment to continuous process improvement.
