Operations/Exceptions Associate (Banking) - Join Us in Farmington Hills
Pay Rate: $20.88 per hour
Contract: 6 months (opportunity for extension)
Hybrid: 3-4 days in office and 1-2 days remote.

What's a typical day as an Operations/Exceptions Associate? You'll be:
- Process exceptions and general ledger entries to consumer accounts.
- Performing daily tasks and analysis related to reviewing, processing, decisioning, and qualifying Hogan exception items
- Handling your individual workload and contributing to the completion of daily work for the department
- Communicating effectively and professionally in all interactions, both written and verbal, with staff, management, and customers
- Meeting deadlines, service level agreements, and Key Performance Metrics while following all procedures
- Making recommendations for enhancements or changes to processes and escalating complex issues to senior staff
- Prior experience processing exceptions and general ledger entries to consumer accounts preferred
- HOGAN system (bank platform) preferred
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Are focused on the customer and have a drive for results
- Have strong business acumen, agility, and excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate company core values and contribute to team success
