Pay: $24.00/hr (6 month contract)

Summarized Purpose: Kelly is seeking an Operations Finance Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative functions in support of our Operations Finance department. This role is essential in ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain data structures for loading into financial management systems, including:
  • Budget data manipulation, consolidation, and uploading.
  • Project set-up for billing and time tracking purposes.
  • Compile, analyze, and report financial data across different segments of the business, ensuring data integrity in all reporting activities.
  • Research and resolve general inquiries, billing, and data issues.
  • Ensure proper approvals for documents, audit compliance, perform authorization activities, and track changes in contract value.
  • Complete month-end related activities.

    Education and Experience:

    • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
    • Technical positions may require a certificate.
    • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Confidence in handling sensitive information and data effectively.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
    • Good written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude.
    • Working knowledge of accounting principles.
