What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in providing operational support and executing specialized processing tasks to help keep our business running smoothly. You'll be working alongside a well-connected, collaborative team that values your ideas, encourages learning, and provides support every step of the way.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering a consistently great experience for our customers and internal partners
- Managing operational tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
- Using Excel and MS Office tools to build and manage spreadsheets
- Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
- Actively participating in team meetings, daily huddles, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with spreadsheet creation and data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background in banking, accounting, or bookkeeping
- A positive, collaborative, and accountable attitude
- Experience in process improvement environments
- Previous banking experience
