Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Length of assignment: 4-6 months
REMOTE BUT MUST LIVE IN UTAH NEAR PROVO IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO GO IN.

What's a typical day as Operations Support Specialist You'll be:
• Working out of a Salesforce queue to review, check, and process sales orders while reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Experience.
• Translating information from requests into Sales Orders based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Performing data entry and data cleanup, generating virtual classrooms, and creating virtual materials across various platforms.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Salesforce.
• Salesforce experience REQUIRED
• Are well-versed in Windows and comfortable working out of an internet browser for daily tasks.
• Can communicate effectively through Slack and email, and are available to work 40 hours
