Image Operator
Location: Plymouth, MA
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)Pay Rate: $18+/hour (higher depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Expose Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll use ultraviolet light and laser imaging equipment to transfer precise images onto metal sheets, preparing them for the etching process.

What You'll Do
  • Use UV light equipment, Mylar photo tools, or laser direct imaging (LDI) to expose images onto coated metal sheets

  • Operate conveyor developing equipment to remove unexposed resist

  • Bake imaged sheets in large industrial ovens to set the image for further processing

  • Inspect and register photo tools to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Read and follow job travelers, standard instructions, and special notes for each work order

  • Report any defective materials or inconsistencies to the department lead

  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all safety procedures

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment according to PM charts

  • Work independently to complete tasks in line with the production schedule

  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to meet production goals

What You Bring
  • Ability to read and write clearly with legible penmanship

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks

  • Basic knowledge of production or manufacturing processes (preferred but not required)

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures

  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Position Details
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
    ??- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    ??- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs

  • Regular, reliable attendance is essential
