Kelly Services is hiring an Order Processing Specialist in Farmington!

If you're detail-oriented, confident with ERP order workflows, and enjoy supporting customers and internal teams, this role puts you at the center of tooling sales operations. You'll process orders and returns, assist customers by phone and email, and help resolve issues to keep production and shipments running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Process customer orders, returns, and credits in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding order status, quotes, and basic technical details
  • Partner with inside sales, engineering, and production to resolve order issues
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and confirm required specifications
  • Maintain organized records and strong documentation in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years in order processing, customer service, or technical sales (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Experience using SAP/ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of order workflows, returns, and credit procedures
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate with engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
  • $20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
  • Long-Term Temp with potential for permanent hire
