Job Summary
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Filler to join our team. The Order Filler is responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You will replenish or pick products as directed by pick sheets or handheld computers to ensure that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders ensuring the correct number and type of products is loaded and shipped.
• Replenish or pick products based on directions from pick sheets or handheld computers.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to fill orders.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or customers.

Qualifications

• Desirable: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately pick and count products.
• Experience with non-powered material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Flexibility to perform other tasks as assigned.

Key Relationships

• Peers: Work collaboratively with peers to complete warehouse functions accurately.
• Group Coord Lead: Receive work assignments and training.
• Warehouse: Follow direction on adhering to company policies, practices, and procedures.
